Alixandra Cadden-Young - SN Law's Employment Law Specialist
Alixandra Cadden-Young studied Law at Northumbria University. She graduated in 2007 and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2009.
Since then,
Alixandra has been working in the field of Employment Law dealing with many complex
cases such as Discrimination Claims and Unfair Dismissal. She gained a great deal of experience which ignited her passion for the cause of both the employee and the employer. In June 2011, Alixandra joined SN Law and she is now our resident Trainee Solicitor.
Alixandra believes that giving the right advice to employees, or employers, at the right time, can prevent problems escalating into Employment Tribunal claims, which can be time-consuming, costly and distressing. She can also help businesses with their obligations as employers and drafting of employment
contracts.
